ABOUT KLOV (BREWS):
Erik Eklov, colloquially known as Klov, is a young, married, father of one, who's been enjoying beer and home brewing since 2014. As a mechanical engineer, he finds great interest in the science of beers, and believes that home brewing and brew house building go hand in hand. If you're going to go through the trouble of home brewing beer, you may as well build your equipment, too. Klov Brews is his dedicated journal of both homebrew recipes and homebrew builds.
